節目第二天，主辦單位鼓勵參加者透過不同健體運動，挑戰個人體能及耐力，揮掉汗水，樂在其中。

Throughout the 3-day gathering, everybody is welcome to discover the spiritual essence and explore aspects of inner self through meditation, fitness activities, human connection, arts and workshops.

Day 2 is a chance for you to unleash your hidden physical talent by trying out different types of fitness activities. Be your own fitness master! Come and have some fun, and challenge yourself to run that extra mile, or complete that one more push up.
